location

From our relaxed, spacious Georgian terrace house take a 5min scenic stroll into town: bespoke shops, artisan cafes & bakeries, pubs, bookshops, antiques & galleries. Or catch a ferry to Flushing or the Roseland & walk the coastal coves & creeks.

Falmouth is a treat, it’s buzzy and creative. You can find eclectic theatre, film, comedy and concerts as well as mainstream cinema, art/craft exhibitions and pop up vintage fairs. There’s music, good cheer, ale, food, a weekly farmers market and a host of seasonal festivals (shanty, beer, oyster, regatta etc) plus lots of quirky shops.

The town has a balance of university students, locals and visitors. It’s a joy to wander, watching boats and big ships pass through the harbour, docks and the bay.

You can walk to Gylly beach and onwards to Swanpool, Maenporth and the mouth of the Helford …with beach cafes along the way.
